Re: Rhythmix

actually thought they were brilliant on saturday! Had a look at a few poll's and they actually seem to have a good bit of support! if they keep nailing it the next few weeks they could escape the bottom two! Though of course they have no way near as much support as some of the other acts so it really is a case of them being lucky if they can survive another few weeks..

Re: Rhythmix

What I hope for them is to get better each week until they develop a solid base which they can launch themselves even after the show. They are very promising. They need to nail each and every week though to last long. Personally, I think their performance last Saturday was the most surprising. They got a great start so hopefully they will do better and better.

Re: Rhythmix

I love these girls!
I hope people vote for them which has always been the problem with girlbands in the past.

Re: Rhythmix

I love them, think they look unbelievably cute together and love their style, I suppose time will tell whether the general public warm to them, but I sure hope they do, they don't have that in your face slutty sex appeal that usually turns girls off.

Re: Rhythmix

I love how the girls don't have an in-your-face aura too. Though they got the urban thing going, they have that 'the nice girl from the other class vibe' strongly enveloping them.

Re: Rhythmix

The producers could have tried a bit harder with the name instead of just dropping the first syllable from Eurythmics.

Re: Rhythmix

If they get through the next few weeks I think they're going to be signed by SYCO. It's worked with Cher Lloyd and One Direction, so I reckon they're looking to do the same thing with a girl band. They've been heavily styled. I can just see little girls liking them.

Only problem is the name though...Rhythmix???

Re: Rhythmix

What impressed me was how little backing track they seemed to be using - at least that's how it sounded to me. There is potential, but I'm not sure where they go in the long run. I think Tulisa has big hopes for them though.

Re: Rhythmix

I hope they stay in for a while and really start to live up to their potential. They could be great.

But yeah, the name is shit. I'd be annoyed if I was them, having to have that name stuck with them for the rest of their careers (if they have one) even though they didn't choose it.

I agree. I wish one of the judges had the balls to point this out, finally groups without heavy backing. I remember when Dannii mentioned it when critiquing One Direction, it was so obvious.

Re: Rhythmix

The chubby one on the end looks so out of place in that picture. I was initially annoyed with her when she messed up her last note at the judges homes stage, because she could have cost the group to miss out on the live shows.

Re: Rhythmix

I quite like them.
They aren't amazing, and maybe not as good as The Saturdays, but I think they have potential and they can stay in the competition for another week (or more).

Re: Rhythmix

My main fear, since I genuinely really enjoy them as an act and wish them to go far, is that Superbass seemed like such an obvious, natural fit, which is bang on trend, that I can't see them nailing anything in a similar way; of course I hope that they deliver the element of surprise with dramatic reworkings of unexpected songs but that just seemed like it was "the song that was made to exaplify everything they had going for them". I hope I'm wrong though.

They're nothing like The Saturdays in terms of musical genre, let's not compare them.

I agree. Her voice is definitely the weakest out of the 4, she should make use of the gym vocal coaches they have access to on the show.

I think she's a great rapper though. She should just focus on that.

Re: Rhythmix

She did her rap in a more "low" tone and I thought that it fits more the original song.
The other rapper was good too, though.
