Little Mix

There were 5:

Love Sweet Love
No
Cut You Off
Between Us
Trash

But with all these recent leaks I definitely wish LM3 carried on for another album or 2 together. They seemed so fired up and reinvigorated as a 3 I was expecting them to have another imperial phase and I really think they would've.
Plus:
Kiss My (Uh Oh)
Heartbreak Anthem

Plus the leak of Stay the Night and now this new one, and the acoustic versions is a nice 12 track album.

Found Salute in a charity shop and it's a really strong girl group album huh? Move has always been top 3 in their singles discography for me and Nothing Feels Like You, Competition and A Different Beat are great album tracks.
It's great! The songs you mentioned are highlights and the ballads are their strongest ballads for me. The Salute tour was the first time I'd seen them live and they were so good!

Really interesting interview with Jade on Louis Thereoux. The most she's ever spoken about Jesy leaving I think? Don't think we'll ever truly know what went down behind the scenes but sounds like lockdown coupled with Jesy's blackfishing was what led to things breaking down, which isn't necessarily new information.

I still can't quite believe what happened with them. I genuinely never ever thought Little Mix would be that band to fall out and break up in such a big way. I'm sure the girls are all still devastated by how things turned out, as Jade herself says in the video.

I'm sure they'll reconcile one day. If Robbie, Geri, Siobhan etc can patch things up with their bands, I'm sure these girls will too. Honestly the interview has me reflecting on some of my own friendships! Those breakups can be some of the most instrumental in a person's life, more than romantic breakups, so I'm not surprised Jade is still in her feels.

Oh they’ll be back together as four one day 100%.

Like I said in the Jade thread, Jesy is becoming a mother so who knows, may be she will want to bury the hatchet and reunite with her sisters.

At the same time, does it matter? The remaining three are currently doing solo work and focusing on that, a Little Mix reunion is far away from now.

Of course what I want is irrelevant but if there was a reunion, I hope it's Trio Mix. I feel we haven't had the chance to experience what that band actually looks like. The songs we got from them after Jesy left are among their best - so from that standpoint, I would love to get a full album/era from them as a threesome.

I think Jesy's going to be confronted with the same issues that she ran away from with her fingers in her ears when she becomes a mother because her kids will have a black dad, so that alone is going to force a change in her of some kind. Jade's interview was a really great listen! I think Louis' point that Covid affected a lot of relationships is a good one, it imposed harsh distances on people that would have otherwise been carrying on with whatever life they'd been living up until that point and caused a lot of people to take stock and move off in unexpected directions, and Jade suggesting that Jesy had been gradually clocking out anyway lines up with everyone's observations that she seemed over it.

I think a four piece reunion is entirely possible, but the onus would be on Jesy to make it happen.

Jesy showed so little growth in the period during/after her leaving that it's going to take a while. As others have said, having children this year may shift priorities for her and make her actually confront some of that behaviour head on.

I can definitely see it happening given the bond was so strong between them, but I think it'll be four or five years. There's a huge payday waiting for them when they decide to reunite as a quartet.

That was horrible about her wailing in the car over Jesys loss.

I'd love a warts and all account of what went down in 2020 from both them and Jesy.
