8 weeks in the UK top 20 is massive. Although the drop from 20 to 60 this week is steep, her team should be releasing remixes every few weeks to keep it going and maintain interest before the next single just like Kylie. That being said, the steady flow of press is great and I feel like everyone is warming to her much more this time around and she seems like she is having far more fun with it.

Can’t wait for the tour later this year, one or two new singles before then I assume. Usually with her I prepare myself for delays but surely they have to be preparing something massive with all of this momentum and interest.

Tattoo's incredible success on literally one version + an acoustic versions sensational.

Surprised that the bump up to #20 last week seems to still have been accompanied by a decline in streams, as otherwise presumably ACR wouldn’t have applied.

Once a track is ten weeks old, if its weekly chart sale has declined by three weeks in a row, it is moved onto the Accelerated Chart Ratio where its digital streams now count for half of what they did before.

Such a popjustice that Tattoo has had such a leggy run here.

The live shows around the world, the interviews, the features, the magazine covers, the sponsors, the festivals. I’d argue that she is capitalising on the success of Tattoo. It’s important to strike while the iron is hot and make as much as you can of the success. That doesn’t necessarily mean releasing another song.

Can’t wait for the show in November.
