All this Loreen talk reminds me of when I was in second year of high school and for English we had too write a short story and mine was literally the plot of the music video for My Heart is Refusing Me (a little girl goes to a rave in an abandoned swimming pool in the liminal hills of Scandinavia) and my teacher said it was one of the best things he'd ever read ddd.

In recent years there have been many occasions I was happy with the winner, they were in my top 5, top 3 of the year or my pick to win after it was clear my actual faves weren't winning anymore (hello Mata Hari and Spirit in the Sky). But I think this is the first time my favorite song of the year, sang by my favorite artist of the year won since... Loreen in 2012. And before that is was Helena and Sertab. (Maybe Conchita too but not my fave song of that year). Such a rare and beautiful feeling.

Yesterday’s chart update she was 28, and on today’s she’s 9 so the trajectory’s going the right way.
She said during the press conference after her victory that a tour is planned for November.
That's why I'm asking for it to be announced!
