Rappers do it too.
I can't see why it's a problem. She's very successful and gets to do all the media and 'famous' stuff without being afraid to go in public without a bodyguard or be mobbed by paparazzi and fans. It seems like the best case scenario for her.
Honestly in 2019 with pop stars just using social media to market themselves and there being less emphasis on endless TV promo and elaborate costumes and controversial stunts this sort of anonymity is to be expected. Are music channels even that big a thing anymore? People hear new songs with Spotify playlists and there's probably tons of people out there who streamed Don't Call Me Up and Mad Love without even knowing what Mabel really looks like or anything.
While I agree that @RJF makes a valid point, there’s also the possibility where one person recognizes her and causes a chain reaction of people swarming her.
This is so cute! But not even any of the staff recognising her - kii.
Doubt Anne-Marie, Tove Lo, Charli XCX, Camila etc would get recognised too, if they turned up as clients unannounced.
Camila probably would tho
Mabel was in full 'Mabel' gear as well...
Performance of Mad Love and a cover of Mark Ronson and Camila Cabello’s Find U Again:
Black clothes every 20 year old wears from ASOS are Mabel gear?
Maybe by Ally.
If she was with Shawn then yeah
But Charli doesn't even have an album...yet.
Also, we didn't actually see Mabel pay for those copies. I feel scammed.
nn not no-one in the store not giving one shit though
To be fair, it's HMV. There's likely only about 4 people in the shop anyway, half of which are staff.
@2014 and the voices in his head.
He's Fopp, you flopp.
Everyone in that HMV thread from last year that kicked off suddenly going quiet and absent the moment HMV got some kind of reprieve:
I hope sis put those through in separate transactions.
She’s too young to know the tricks of physical sales charting.
Separate names with a comma.
