Abel reposted Madonna's IG story where she was teasing "Vulgar", so I guess that's his way of confirming the rumors of "Popular"? He's chronically online, so he's definitely aware.

It might just be that the Sam Smith song is from the Idol Soundtrack since The Weeknd reposted Madonna’s story about it. The whole “Popular” song is on Twitter and you can’t hear Madonna on it.

Nah, the Sam Smith track is seemingly a standalone track that Ilya and Ryan Tedder produced that is dropping on June 9th. Abel and Mike Dean have been hinting at Madonna for a couple weeks. It's also possible they just didn't play the version of "Popular" with her on the red carpet.

If she has a Sam and an Abel song dropping before the tour it would be quite something.

Can’t wait for this tour to start, I expect the best. She’d never settle for less for a proper Celebration tour, would she?
