I hope it won't be as shit as Confessions or Hard Candy.

I hope it's more "Give me all your love" as opposed to "Gimme all your love - uh uh! - I make it wet like a summer cookout!"

I saw the title and thought she had covered Florrie for a minute.

Love the title, it's like a lost 90s classic.

We knew it was going to be dance-pop so Solveig doesn't surprise me. She better BRING it.

Love the title...My body is more than ready for new Madonna music and this info is such a tease when it's not out til next year.

  8. Re: Madonna - Give Me All Your Love (First Single)

Oh fuck, that would be brilliant.

    I'm excited for this regardless.

I just know it's going to be dance-y. Let's just hope it's the right kind of dance-y.

Wait, so this isn't even out until February? Surely we'll hear it before the Superbowl.

I'm glad Solveig is still on board, actually. With all the William Orbit updates, I was worried he'd be the only producer.

Something in the vein of "Hello" (but better) would be appreciated, thanks.

  12. Re: Madonna - Give Me All Your Love (First Single)

Yes, who else is she working with on the album? Martin Solveig, William Orbit, Jean Baptiste, Free School, Emile Haynie, Nervo, Kid Cudi... anyone else?

If there is any pop justice in the world, she will work with the Sound of Arrows, Richard X, and Fred Falke. Ha, I wish...

    Haha that's what I thought!

This news took me by surprise! I haven't been keeping up with the thread. I hope it's good.

    Solveig and Madonna? Nice.

Just as I've been spinning Celebration wildly for the last few days as well. Result!

Please use this thread now we have some sort of confirmation. Cheers(leaders).

What could be better than Hello?!

  17. Re: Madonna - Give Me All Your Love (First Single)

I'm beyond excited for this but the cheerleader thing worries me. For some reason cheerleader-inspired songs are lightning rods for the "She did it first!" brigade. I'm expecting lots of gripes about how it's worse than/the same as Hey Mickey, Hollaback Girl, Girlfriend, and/or Peacock.

I hope there won't be too much snobbery about her working with "urban" artists...

This has all the ingredients to be amazing. I will have no sympathy if it isn't.

    Nicki Minaj. Urgh.

'Urban' has nothing to do with it. 'Overrated and crap' a lot more so.
