Madonna - The Celebration Tour 2023

Four LA dates and the cheapest nosebleed seats being $400 before fees is ridiculous. Half the arena is already up for resale.

Guess I'll get decent tickets night-of from a reseller desperate to not lose his all of his investment.

I am planning the same thing for Boston. I just can't spend $600 on a ticket that's not even a good seat. Of course, I might end up being forced to do it anyway if the reseller prices never go down!

There are still some gaps to be filled in the itinerary. There's a gap of nearly a week between Paris and Lisbon so I'm wondering what they'll slot in there.
I was kinda hoping these spaces in between would be given as time to rest and get ready for the next shows coming up so there’s less cancellations and shorter shows on this tour. The fact they plan on adding more dates in worries me that she might not manage it and become ill again and shows cancelled

Do you realize she was injured in the last tour? It’s not like she became “ill” because the tour was too much for her.

$400 for nosebleed seats.
Ouch.
I feel like Ticketmaster USA's Dynamic pricing is messing everybody around.

Why are people worried about an injury.
Madonna is a dancer and a pop star. Dancers get injuries often!
I am hopeful with her new hip that she will have excellent movement on this tour!

Maybe stop complaining everytime an artist comes to perform?

The only thing I ever hear from Aussies is .... "They never tour here!" Promptly followed by "Tew Eccy! (Expensive),This was shit! Who do they think they are! This is God's country! Bring back P!Nk! X was late! X lipsynced! X didn't do the hits"

Entitled.
Exactly why I don't hold it against anyone for not returning here. The entitlement of the Australian media in general is so ludicrous. I've seen so many articles and news bits about Madonna skipping Australia like... We've had ONE tour here in 30 years and it was torn to shred, why would she bother coming back??

When I read on here that Rebel Heart underperformed in Australia, I was shocked. They were begging Madonna to go back there for literal decades and when she does they let the tour flop? Maybe they deserve Pink (no shade, love Pink).

It did sadly.
They spaced the 3 cities over 3 weekends with expectations of 4 shows per city. She struggled to sell 2 per city, then they scrambled and moved 2 shows so that all 6 shows could be done in 7 days.
She won't come back, and that's perfectly okay.
P!NK - yeah no thanks!
I love Madonna and Kylie equally, so I am happy with Kylie tours.

Anyway, back to Madonna 2023 tour!
