There is no mention of the lithograph in the actual order. I wrote them and they confirmed that since my order was one of the first 500 it does include the lithograph. So you could write them to make sure, they replied within a couple of hours.

I was listening to my singles collection playlist and realised I forgot to add Revolver! But then that got me thinking was it actually an official single? I recall the remixes appeared on iTunes one day and then there was a vinyl release (which I guess answers the question if it’s an official single), but it felt like there was zero promo, was the David Guetta remix meant to be the single version? Any info on the release of this single would be much appreciated!

I'm looking at some formats and I don't see the album version on any of them so I guess the single is the David Guetta remix.
Some European channels used to air a video set to the Die Another Day backdrop from Sticky & Sweet but I don't think it's an official video in any way.

There is a maxi cd single too, so yes it’s a single.

Got a lovely email back from Katy @ Madonna to say that I sadly didn't nab a lithograph - fair play to them, they delivered the crushing blow very nicely!

Oh thats a shame.
When I emailed them they couldn't say either way, I ordered mine at 11:46am so I am hoping I just made it!
