Guess I played myself, because I’ve been listening to Incredible a lot after the « comming » gag a couple of posts up, dddd. A true Frankenstein of a song that goes on for longer than is needed, but I genuinely adore the sentiment behind it. Clutching the straws of a failing marriage, desperately wanting it to work … and knowing that it didn’t, does give the song a bittersweet edge.

I've never understood her consistently calling it Get Into The Groove, especially in the last few years.

I can be stuck in traffic for almost 2 hours every morning what with work, and have them fly by without the slightest hint of frustration if I just put my complete Madonna playlist on shuffle. She’s well and truly the best. (Had such a moment to Best Night the other day, whew what an underrated bop.)
