I'm still getting earthy American equivalent of early Bjork - and I love it.
Listen to the original! It's very early 90s indiepop, but it's just so damn nice. I'm very happy Maggie did this song. She has great taste.
If wanderlust earthy goddesses like Maggie are your thingg, check out JFDR's EP 'Brazil'. You won't regret it.
Maggie is on Later With Jools tonight/Friday.
I was right near the front for her Glastonbury set and she was wonderful and I love her.
I didn't catch her performance on't telly. FML
Sounds like a bop.
Ha, I'm glad she remembered. I certainly forgot.
Looking forward to anything new from her. The snippet gave me some Meet Me Halfway by BEP.
Yup, that's a bop alright.
Oh, wow. That's fantastic.
Wig. When's the album, sis?
Looks like it's going to be a long wait
"A little while" better mean like six months to a year at most, Margaret.
Another 10/10. Toss it on the pile with the rest.
I love her and ha flawless bops and atmospheric meandering.
This girl takes forever. I thought this was the lead single from her album, not a "parting gift" until she's inspired enough to write one. Yikes.
I’ve only just noticed her referring to (the fantastic) Split Stones as “a parting gift”.
She’s got to be fucking kidding me. We want an album, Margaret.
