ññññ I understood set as the actual stage? But I guess she means the songs.

I still doubt she'll shuffle many of them, but maybe the encore will be different for each city or something?

I think she meant theatre show as in a play, which means your assumption about there being set changes on stage is accurate. She did say it was unlike anything she's done before and there's a lot of choreography so we'll see how this goes

I feel like people dismissing the album after one listen are missing out. There’s such a lot to enjoy on here. I admit it’s not her best work, but when the songs hit they hit hard. It’s also disappointing to see the topic title change, especially as many people have said they’re enjoying the album.

The title says "okay" not "unsalvageable trash".

Her Before The Dawn Monster Ball is coming!

I can't believe I'm seeing her in 5 days. I'm already crying.

There's been no word on opening acts or anything, right? I could do without one, tbh.

I finally got around to listening to FEAR earlier, and the only songs I really liked were Believe In Love and Too Afraid, and I guess Emotional Machine is okay too. The rest was just flavourless and forgettable. I'm not the biggest fan of LOVE either but at least most of the songs there had some kind of hook or uniqueness.

I have to wonder if the issue with this era is just that there's too many songs. There are good lyrics, good production and good melodies scattered across the album, but they rarely actually overlap to form anything that matches up to her other albums. I feel like if she ditched a few of these songs and focused on developing the remaining ones, we'd have a pretty good album. As it stands, we just have two meh ones.

I love this album. Fear is better than Love, as many have pointed out! Standouts from this are Orange Trees, Enjoy Your Life, You, Karma, Emotional Machine and No More Suckers. I bask in all the basic glory and I am not ashamed.

I can only see her opening with Handmade Heaven.
Even if it isn't a banger, it's quintessentially Marina and how she kick-started started this era.

The concept of love and fear is so vague that I have no idea which older song will be played in which half. The obvious one for the LOVE part seems to be Froot for me, and in FEAR she might give us Savages and Fear and Loathing. Majority of her back catalogue could be played in the FEAR half.
