May 2023 Charts - Extra Gay Edition - Songs and Albums Revealed!

It's too late to affect anyone else's ballots I suspect, but I'll be voting for all of these albums that haven't been mentioned in this thread:

Emily King - Special Occasion (her first album since 2019, and, like her others, a mélange of R&B, singer-songwritery folkpop, and funk)

Madison McFerrin - I Hope You Can Forgive Me (more soul with electronic flourishes, from the daughter of Bobby)

Summer Walker - Clear 2: Soft Life EP (introspective and confessional R&B)

EDIT: Just realised @4Roses mentioned Summer Walker already...apologies! But at least it looks like I may have an ally in voting!

Alright, here's the nitty gritty:

Voting continues to decrease. January we had 34 voters, February we had 33, March we had 29, and April we had 21. We are currently sitting at only 18 voters. With those 18 ballots, we have 24 songs charting (36 if I bend the rules and include the Bubbling Under/Any Song that received multiple votes) and 27 albums charting (30 with the Bubbling Under).

So I am going to offer an extension to give people the time to get those ballots in. I'll probably send some PMs today as well. I'll likely give another 24-48 hour extension depending on what else I receive today. It's not too late to vote!! Xx
