Likewise, I was expecting it too. They’re 5,000 behind Niall so wouldn’t help alone with sales but I expected them to have a few more editions up their sleeve by this stage to be honest to push it a bit more (personalised, member voice messages, exclusive merch).

It isn't clear what the exclusive content is exactly, or if you'll actually receive a physical lanyard (it may be entirely digital). Anyone know? I tried looking at their official social media and some fan sites but none of them have commented on it yet.

Someone posted a video but it’s been taken down on YouTube, it’s a video of an acoustic performance of Honey I’m Home with Tom and Danny and Dougie introducing it as the exclusive content

I was expecting more than a one off show to be honest, but hopefully there'll be more to come? They're savvy guys, they'll want to strike while the iron's hot after Danny's success.
Really do like mcfly but wish the last album was more Lawson style sound as was bit of a let down.
Really liked the last album. Much better than the last couple they released before.
I have loved McFly since the very first day, but I wish they would make a new album in the style of McFly… and not whatever their latest 2 albums have been.
They have nothing to prove and shouldn't be chasing a hit but just making feel good beachy guitar pop…
For me they are and will always be a pop band, not a rock band. But I feel they keep desperately trying to be a “grown up, serious rock group”… when there was absolutely nothing wrong with their mature second album material.
Maybe I’m alone in how I feel and fans are loving the new material, but both BMG albums have only had limited play upon release and never bothered again.
Come on guys, do a “Steps” for me!
(Just to add… the abandoned material post Above The Noise really had some absolute gems - Red, Touch The Rain - such a shame it wasn’t developed further into a released album project).
You aren’t alone. I like them best when they do pop/rock.
