Having re-watched the Grammy performance again. I can’t help but be reminded of Adele’s Someone Like You at the Brits and Kelly Clarkson on Idol. The tone is obviously incredibly different, more of euphoria rather than sorrow, but they all have that stand still, remember where you were moments.

Honestly I think Doctor sounds good? They improved on the leaked version considerably.
I wish she would’ve picked between doctor or nurse and not offered both possibilities. The part I like most is the bridge (“if you feel like workin’ it out”).
Taylor out there working her ass off to record tracks "from the vault" while Miley takes a genuine demo from the vault and makes it sound new and like a hit in 2024 is kinda funny to me. Doctor sounds like a total smash. Pharrell sounds out of his usual box here, I'm ready for it.

Maybe the performance of Flowers at the Grammys gaslighted me but I'm now kind of loving the Jane Fonda mixed with Mama (2013) aesthetic.
