I think that's what some online lyrics uploaders do. I found some hilarious ones for Gabriella Cilmi's Love Me Cos You Want To where they were down as

"so play by the rules and droplets of skies"

when it's really:

"so play by the rules and drop the disguise"

The former doesn't even make sense!!

There was another line of

"give me something to hold on to cos they're the one's who're wasting our time"

but really it's "give me something to hold on to cos otherwise you're wasting our time".

Some people are a bit silly!

Ha ha ha, that's why I never post lyrics!

I always laugh at interpretations of Beware by the Sugababes, they're hilarious!

Someone thought it was "laugh in the face clef better damager stake your life" when it was really "laugh in the face of clear and present danger stake your life"

And "roman darkness, don't wait your brawl wasting with us, and come winter, go and trappable the thin lights" instead of "roam in darkness, you break your bread with sinners, and come winter, go on and tread the thin ice".

I actually fail to see how they got that lyric out, it would have been harder to interpret that lyric than it was to actually work out the real one!

They're not? Blimey, until I read this post I figured they either weren't sold on the whole "friendship never ends" thing, or terribly enthusiastic about the prospect of eternal celibacy.

"Squeeze hard, don't let go" is actually "Squeeze hard, hold that pose" and "The mirror's gonna fall tonight" is actually "The mirrors gonna fuck tonight"?

That makes much more sense but it really sounds like "ck" instead of "g." It could be my hearing that's the problem, haha!
