Moving threads in and out of Comeback Corner

Sugababes should be back in general too:
- a massive uk tour later in the year that’s selling out
- new music is known to be coming
- they’ve had a release in 2019, flowers, which shows they’ve been somewhat active
- there appears to be no more delays now
- lots of summer festivals planned

I agree Sugababes are surely eligible to be bumped up. They’ve released music in the last few years, hopefully with more on the way, and are on tour for the rest of the year.
Apparently not. But the irony of Lindsay Lohan is still in general thread (with 0 plans of ever releasing music or a tour). Favoritism?

Someone please give me a plain language explanation for this. Are the rules the same for every artist, or are they individually devised, and if so - based on what exactly?
So, people (me) kicked off about the Sugababes thread being moved to Comeback Corner, but it wasn’t moved back to the main forum. When the rules were supposedly revised to be more clear after this post, and Sugababes meet the criteria based on the first post, why am I given other reasons for their thread not going to the main forum? And why are the same reasons not applied for the Rihanna thread?
Someone please give me a plain language explanation for this. Are the rules the same for every artist, or are they individually devised, and if so - based on what exactly?
Let me tell you guys, and girls, the mods team treating this like a political debate has been absolutely exhausting. Going around in circles to not answer simple questions, or flat out ignoring them, are tactics that should be generally discouraged in any situation.
Dear mods, I’ve lost a lot of respect for you after this experience. And I’m confident I’m not alone in this.

Isn’t it time to move the Rihanna, Sade and Lindsay Lohan threads to the comeback corner?
All 3 haven’t released solo music in a while (nearing 7 years for Rihanna and - bar one single - 14 years for Lindsay and 12 years for Sade), no act has any concrete plans to release music/tour (Sade has been rumored to be working on something for nearly a decade now) and whatever is keeping them in the news these days has nothing to do with current music anymore (general celebrity interest, being the legendary Sade, fashion and Netflix movies).
Love them all but they seem like perfect candidates for the Comeback Corner and potentially moving them back if new music ever truly gets released.

This would have merit if there wasn’t a post from over a month ago that hasn’t gotten any responses.
And there’s that maturity. Should I go out and touch grass? I’m the combative one? I have to laugh.
I didn’t realize the mods need you as their knight in shining armor, but you do you. Like I already said, there are similar requests that have been ignored for over a month.
