No Angels - Celebration Tour + General Discussion

It was a brillant show and they really gave everything. If this would have been their last show ever they would have gone out with the biggest possible bang. Happy for them that they add a tour but I think it won’t ever be as magical again as during this special night. They absolutely amazed me.

You all need to watch these videos. I think this is easily the best show they have ever done which is mind blowing to me. I never got into them again after their prime years from 2000 to 2003 but this brought me right back. They even made me like Disappear, which is a song I used to hate. This moment alone...

I love when bands that came about during the miming era show that they can actually sing. They've only grown and I love listening to them.

They've uploaded 4 filmed videos of them on tour - so surely there will be a dvd/bluray?

Thoughts =
I was initially a bit 'meh' about Downboy being performed but wow love that new version!
Sandy looks more and more like Perrie from Little Mix
Their voices sound absolutely incredible and reminds me why they're one of my all time top girl bands

I also hope this is a sign for a dvd/blu-ray.

Otherwise they have no plans for 2023. I think Sandy said they do have one event/performance planned so we‘ll see. But otherwise who knows.

I am still salty they canceled my Zurich show and I couldn‘t make it to the above show.

The show was absolutely perfect. They understood the assignment + went more than just one extra mile. Almost three hours, literally every hit, emotions, fun, the most perfect closer with Rivers Of Joy. Really a complete home run and one of my favourite shows ever. It just felt full circle.

Don't suppose you know anything about a DVD release of the show?

No. And seeing how the tour was cut short and got tons of budget cuts i doubt they believe it is worth it to produce one. That said they seem to have the footage and started cutting it together so who knows.

Oh really? I thought it had done pretty well. How many dates were cut?

Yes to Monrose. I think two of them might be open to it but Senna is now a successful influencer/comedian with her own shows (no singing) so doesn‘t really need it but who knows.
Oh! interesting! I thought that out of the three of them, Senna would had been a successful singer for her powerful vocals.
I really liked Monrose as the trio unit that they were. Strong electronic sound with three types of voices, as opposed to No Angels, that I feel is a group that pulls gorgeous harmonies with very good pop/ballad sound.
No Angels album "Welcome to the Dance" would had been a perfect album for Monrose, starting with "One Life" as their lead single as well.

Senna…powerful vocals…
Yeah... I think I pushed it a little bit lol! XD
