Parts feel like a very outdated idea of 'this is what the gays love' but some of the more recent choices aren't the worst, I guess
  3. I'm definitely buying this, first spin off in a while that's been worth buying for me

  4. CD1 looks great, pretty sure some of these remixes have been out of print for a long time and not on streaming either.

  6. Odd to have no Britney at all on a Pride cd but George Ezra and Shawn Mendes making the track list upload_2022-5-19_19-38-34.gif

  7. No U2....

  12. Just no pleasing you guys. This is probably one of the strongest track listings they've ever made for a Spin-Off.

  13. The US one is better and feels less Sitges Pride.
  14. Sitges....that brings back some good memories!
  15. This is a great tracklisting - all the remixes on disc 1, the modern pop girls on disc 2 and then all the camp as tits gay anthems on discs 3 and 4. Really hoping Man 2 Man's Male Stripper is the radio edit which I don't have on CD!
  16. You can literally trace the intern's train of thought across the track list.

Now That's What I Call "Will This Do?"
Hairycub1969, CDMCLP and Mvnl like this.
  17. Gay intern makes a playlist of songs he and his friends dance to (CD2). Googles 'songs popular with old gays' (the rest).
  18. What do you want though? Maybe the thing just shouldn't exist? What has sexual orientation got to do with music anyway.
  19. It exists because capitalism. There will be gay men who love it, and good luck to them. Personally I've always resented my sexuality being reduced to a "lifestyle" in any sense, so these compilations irritate me. But saying that around here frequently results in being labelled "a 'not one of those gays' gay" so you can't win, really.
  20. Do the gays hate this album? Or themselves? This is the question.

I think people need to get off their high horses, especially since everyone has that "one playlist" called "Yas Queen", "Gay Bops", or something similar with nearly the exact same tracks. At least the NOW team are donating £10,000 to a gay charity for homeless LGBTQ+ people.
