Apologies for being nostalgic in public but this is giving me the same cosy feeling as using youtube_to_mp3_converter.com to painstakingly put every Vespertine track on my iPod and then going for a long rambling walk around my dismal, grey town to listen to it. With cheap wired headphones, of course.

I wish I liked this more than I did but I love how charming those tiny elements in some of the melodies are (obvious come to mind)

+1 !!! Galore is just as amazing. It's by far my most played album of the last 5 years.

Did someone steal his lunch before giving this review? I'm truly baffled how he could possibly come to the conclusion of giving this a 4/10.
I've almost exclusively been listening to this album for the past several days. I'm not someone who typically listens to ambient leaning music without getting bored, but there's truly beauty in the restraint this album shows and the small details of it are truly precious. I really feel like I'm transported to an alternate reality whilst listening to it.

There's a strange, comforting familiarity in the soundscapes Oklou & co have created. Last time I got the same feeling was with Desire, I Want To Turn Into You. Guess I'll have to revisit Galore as well!

My literal only complaint about this album is plague dogs being too short. I need her to put out plague dogs (long version).
