Perrie - "You Go Your Way" + Debut Album

Forget About Us I loved and really caught me with the summer vibe. Tears, I barely listened to. This has me back on board but it’s a shame there doesn’t seem to be a through line to her music other than singing about complicated relationships. I think maybe I’m just frustrated by it as you can see Jade’s vision so well.

Yeah I don’t know I’m still bopping more than anything else this era.

The debut single had such potential but the fact it took about an hour into the song to take off took the wind out of its sails.

But why has the original version disappeared? Is Perrie going to sell it like an original song like the other version didn't exist?
Likely it's an agreement on both parts. She gets to pretend it's not a straight up cover, Joy get more streaming coin (potentially dd) by filtering the song streams into the bigger profile artist. It didn't make any sort of splash so taking it offline isn't a huge deal for them.
