Vedera used to be one of my favorite artists, so I probably would have given them a lot of points if I'd participated in that round... so I guess I'm indirectly kind of responsible for this!

I am relieved that after my unexpected success the previous two rounds I am back in the dumper where I feel more comfortable (not that D'atra deserves it of course in my opinion, cracking tune and all that)!

I completely flopped in Round 1 of OPS (35th) and have completely flopped again in Round 100 which is its own sort of pleasing symmetry.

Congrats @pop3blow2 and great job @KamikazeHeart!

If I threatened to leave every time I hit bottom, I wouldn't post in the rates,charts subforum ever! My actual absences are usually due to either I enrol in a course and get too busy, or I actually manage to score tickets to concerts too close to the submission deadline and am too busy enjoying live music to care about the internet.

Hello everyone, and what a lovely round this was! Congratulations to @pop3blow2 for the well deserved win with a song I also very much enjoyed! And thank you very much @KamikazeHeart for doing a splendid hosting job in this big anniversary round!

I am also quite happy with The Buggles ending up in the Top 10. Given the one hit wonder status of the band, I found their album overall really quite enjoyable (I still have to check out their second album). So, thank yous not only to @Jeffo and the big 12 points, but also to @Hudvar, @Derek, @Phonetics Girl, @pop3blow2, @TéléDex, @Untouchable Ace (sorry for stealing a song from your list), @Disco Blister, @Up N Down, @Lego and @unnameable!

Unless you were going to give it a 12 or the points would have pushed it into the top 10 I don't think it would have mattered much so you're off the hook!

Also thank you to everyone who voted for I Wanna Be There, I didn't intend to send the Waterlilies again the minute they were eligible again, but I wanted to send something really good to the anniversary round and my other top tracks are by artists on cool down (or weren't discovered until afterwards hehe). I loved how the track is in many ways the opposite of Sunshine Like You, wistful and very "late night" feeling. Glad to see it do so well and my former entry Solar Twins did well too!
