PJ00s+ 73: 1-555-CONFIDE / Winner (& final confessions) revealed!

Well... what better time to post this than at number 18 I suppose

CONFESSION #18

"I once found nudes of a forum user who may or may not be a song contest participant."

Change out 'found' for 'was provided with' and I might be mixed up in this expose.

CONFESSION #19

"My confession is that even though I don't participate anymore, I regularly go back and read the entirety of the Titanic-themed PJRetro round when I need a pick-me-up. Besides just being a nice time capsule of a different time in life (and indeed in song contest lore), we were all firing all cylinders in the funny department and it even culminated in a nail-biting finish (1 point separating first and second).

It's just a super silly, positive round that brings the giggles to this day."

I don't really have a habit of revisiting any old rounds unless I'm looking for something, but if I had to pick, it'd definitely be the two magazine clippings rounds, those assorted bits of 90s inanity always send me into orbit.

@Filler filming results and passing bystanders becoming part of that contest will always bring a giggle to me.

This is great to read! We miss you PJRetro Titanic survivor! Please come back!!!

I (selfishly) go back and re-read the rounds where I won every so often (recently it's been when Susumu won Retro as my life was complete then, as much as when Dalida won, and Amiel won [footage not found on this one]), reminds me of happier outcomes than my constant PJ00s flopping of late XD

The crown jewel though (to me) is the @Hudvar rounds, especially the absolute master stroke of Fefe vs Fierce Girl vs Cast Of Legally Blonde Musical! History that will outlive us all!!! <333

Speaking of revisiting old threads, it's kinda crazy in retrospect how those early PJ00s rounds could easily hit 100 pages, people (myself included of course) really were just in there chatting nonsense all day long ddd
And spamming @londonrain's avatar in our shady responses to each other ddd.

Things never really got derailed, though. Well, at least in comparison to what happened in that Favorite Songs rate that happened. But I wouldn't know anything about that, I was just an observer.

I do sometimes visit random past song contest threads (rates too).

Agreed with Sprocky that top-tier @Filler cinema is always among the ultimate highlights.

@berserkboi co-hosting both PJSC and PJ Retro rounds I won for the first time also deserves a special mention. Same with @Hudvar hosted rounds always bringing me horror with the reveals, regardless of the actual theme ff.

Just realised the thread title has been saying 25:59 GMT all this time
I could work with that deadline.

A bit weird that I was listening to my entry from that round last night, but I agree it was a great round! Camp Bloodweiser is it's PJ00s equivalent!

Whenever I think of these rounds I always think of this shared clipping and laugh:

Thatwasaclassic.gif. Randomly assigning you all Titanic characters and running out of characters so @soratami was literally just a drawing of an old woman? Camp.
