Pokémon

Somehow have multiples of the 3* EXs - just short of Palkia - yet never seem to be able to get any 2* cards across all of the boosters I literally have 3 - it's driving me mad!

Decided to open a Mythical Island pack again for a change – and actually got this?! My first ♛-card!

It's been a year since we got news that we were getting Z-A and... not a peep since. Did the massive leak last year set everything back? I genuinely thought we would have had it by now to be honest.

Under other circumstances I'd find the delay/silence strange, but they're probably just planning on it being a Switch 2 launch title and that's why we haven't heard anything lately. We'll definitely get news either on Pokémon day in a couple weeks or on the Switch 2 event in early April.

If they dont show anything Legends Z-A on Pokemon Day the fanbase will boil thats for sure. Still Nintendo recently (last week?) reconfirmed the game comes out this year.

However i think GF kinda pushed itself into a corner. After a whole year of nothing and after calling the game "an ambitious new project" from the get go (which is something they never did before) they cant just present a mediocre quality. It will be interesting to see.

Have to admit it took me a minute to get why the hell Dark Pokémon were weak to Grass in Pocket now, kinda felt like something done only for the sake of balancing the game without any regard for how Pokémon types actually work.

In case anyone else didn't get it, it's because practically every Dark type in the game prior to this set was actually Poison which is weak to "Fighting" ie Ground, while the new ones are mostly actually Dark types which are weak to "Grass" ie Bug.

omg THANK YOU for explaining this, it's been bugging me since these new ones came out and I couldn't figure it out. Makes sense now!
