Waaheeey hello there everyone, and welcome to the Popjustice Bland Song Contest XXIII (for those incapable of understanding things, it means 23). If you're a usual participant, you know the list of bollocks is incoming but nevertheless have to be said so bare with me for now.

Submission // Tuesday 30th September - Tuesday 7th October 11:59PM GMT (BST)
Voting // Friday 10th October - Sunday 19th October 11:59PM GMT (BST)
Reveal // Whenever I see fit
-Send your entry to MYSELF being Oricon (not Oriflop, not Oricunt, not Orincapable) with the following:
If you wish, you may supply a backup but that is not essential.
-Do NOT dare send stuff which are cheap (hi Rihanna, Gaga, Taylor Swift) because it'll just not get anywhere and lets not waste time for us okay?
-As usual, each and every entry will be judged by your most beloved veto panel members (that's me, imaflop, jizzno, BLT).
-You MUST vote in this if you have submitted an entry for this edition. Failure to vote will result in a deduction of excess 50% and a ban in the next edition. Don't say I haven't warned you now. No excuses will be tolerated.
-I will also NOT accept late votes. The deadline is there for a reason.
-For those who vote but aren't participanting in this, bye. You're not invited.
-Use the following format to submit your votes during voting period:
-AND for the first time EVER, you may bring in a -1 Point song within your voting format! This isn't compulsory nor is it going to affect the results in any manner but I thought it'd be interesting for you as an individual to dish out some hatred on the most bizarre and utterly unlistenable song in this edition. This will be compiled and then before the results, I shall reveal the songs nominated and which song obtained the most minus points.
