(I'm scared to ask when I lose my first 10. You won't tell me in any case, though.)

Not this when everyone else is losing 10s left and right! You'll live.

So like I said we haven't had a Wizards of Waverly Place elimination since #91, so does Demi lose a second song or does Selena get her first elimination?

Info: "Remember December" was the second single from Demi's second album Here We Go Again. On her debut, she worked with the Jonas Brothers but wanted to do this album on her own, calling this song an example of the kind of music she'd like to do going forward. Demi talked about the shift in sound with this single: "I love this song for many reasons. It had a different sound than a lot of my songs. I related to it personally more than other songs, and I have so much fun with it. I thought if it could be a single that it would be incredible to perform it all the time ... What stands out about the song is that I can dance to it and rock out to it, which is ultimately my goal. I was just so excited when I heard this one, 'cause it's the epitome of where I want to go with the future." The track and most of the album were produced by John Fields, who has also worked with Miley, Selena, and Delta Goodrem among others. The song-writing was handled by Demi and Anne Preven who is known for writing "Torn" and has recently worked with artists such as Lea Michele and Leona Lewis. Demi says the song is a girl's ode to breakups and reminding the guy how they messed up but also looking back at the good times. In the video Demi can be seen wearing a 'Rock Chick' shirt and there is no love interest on purpose because she wanted it to be a 'girl independence' anthem.

Hazey's Focus: This was the peak Demi Lovato era if you ask me. I've listened to this one a hundred times and while it's never quite been one of my all-time favorite Demi songs, I love the dark sound of it. Just the first few notes and I'm quickly reminded of it and I'm in the zone. It's an amazing example of how much emotion she could put into a song vocally and how in my opinion her voice works best with this kind of pop-rock sound. Lines such as "I wish that it would snow tonight" show that during the verses and I also love the playful way she sings "moving on" and "coming on". Then Demi absolutely slays it with the chorus by the firey delivery especially with "we were so in love back then, now you listening, to what they say, don't go that way" and how that part rolls off the tongue.

So much emotion from Demi and yet @Sally_Harper (2) sounds like someone standing in Subway asked if they want salt and pepper on their sandwich: "No thanks."

I guess @Mina (4) would've preferred an emotional whisper from Demi to get her point across? Wrong singer though: "The entire chorus is...shouting."

No, more like way too much complaining @Sprocky's BF: "Way too much screaming."

Considering the song-writers she was working with at this time, @Sprockrooster (8) wasn't far off: "She does vocal build-ups so well. Did she work with Ryan Tedder? That would be quite the match isn't it?"

I don't know @iheartpoptarts (8.5) maybe something like My So Called Life or something else moody like that?: "Which 90s TV theme song does this sound like?"

@livefrommelbs (9) pretty much hits it out of the park with this analysis: "One of my faves from the good sis Demi. It just builds and builds and builds and snatches my wig by the time the first chorus is done."

At least one of their songs got into the Top 70...

#69. (tie) - Zendaya - Replay - 6.613

Highest: 10 (@aniraz)

Lowest: 2 x 2 (@Blond, @Sprocky's BF) 3 (@Sally_Harper)

My Score: 9

Voter Bloc 1: #78
Voter Bloc 2: #53
Voter Bloc 3: #51
Voter Bloc 4: #41
Voter Bloc 5: #58

Final Voters: #69

Charts: #40 (U.S.) #8 (Australia) #18 (New Zealand) #83 (Canada) #99 (Belgium)

Certifications: Platinum (U.S., Australia)

Info: "Replay" is the debut and only single from Zendaya's self-titled debut album. It was written and produced by Mick Schultz who has also recently worked on Rihanna's ANTI, Kelly Clarkson's Meaning of Life, and "Giants" by Lights. The song received positive reviews with many comparing Zendaya to singers Cassie or JoJo. The music video was inspired by Janet Jackson's "Pleasure Principle". If you think this song is much more refined musically compared to the bops she did with Bella, then Zendaya would agree with you: "It's a very special song. I think it's very different and unexpected for me because I feel like it's on a higher level production wise" -- "It's one of those songs that's creating its own lane or genre. I don't think it's pop, I don't think it's hip hop, I don't think it's R&B. I don't even know where you would consider it because it kind of mixes that pop sound beat with a very R&B kind of melody." She later insists this is not basic pop music and has a nice urban twist to it.

Hazey's Focus: I expected this to happen (as far as this being the top song from them), but when Replay was sitting in the 40s, that's more like where I thought it would finish. There's definitely an R&B DNA running through this album, so some of it isn't necessarily to my liking but songs like this, "Butterflies", "Putcha Body Down", "Only When You're Close", and "Bottle You Up" have an incredible low-key sound yet have just enough electro-pop infused to make them accessible for me. The soundscape is very much like All Saint's Red Flag almost as far how the music makes me feel when listening to it.

If @Sprockrooster (5) hit replay one more time (which is unlikely considering the score), I think @Sprocky's BF (2) was going to make him sleep on the couch: "Make it stop."

@Sally_Harper (3) thought Zendaya's talents were being wasted: "She has a good voice, but this isn’t a very good song." It's a crime her career never took off and she didn't really get a chance to become huge because she certainly has an amazing tone.

I see that @Martyn (4.5) were copying each other again when it came to commentary: "Well at least Zendaya can sing well, shame about this song."

@Pecans (8) joins the growing list of us who are scratching our heads: "Zendaya has always screamed potential superstar to me. I feel like this could have been huge with the right push – I like it." It's weird considering she hit the Top 40 with multiple weeks on the Hot 100 and charted in multiple countries which is much more than some of the other girls have been able to do.

@31entrance (8.75) thought they picked the wrong single altogether: "It’s no Heaven Lost An Angel but it’s alright."

I'm betting @iheartpoptarts (9) is reminded of the re-peat-peat-peat moments of another favorite of hers: "A bit minimalist for my taste, but there’s a massive pop song in there somewhere. I always sing the pre-chorus in my head."

Even if Zendaya didn't succeed like many of us thought she should've she'll always have people like @livefrommelbs (9)praising her contributions: "One of the best songs to ever come out of the Disney divas. All class."

Poor 'Replay'. It just needed a bit of a remix.

(Say no to minimalism forever and ever mmmkay thank you. xx)

Meanwhile, this is such fun. My future co-host bringing it yet again.

I want 'Thumbs' gone ASAP but I feel like it's something earlier.

In fairness I shouldn't have listed her, but then again I wanted to see if people were paying attention. If you were, you'd know it has to be earlier:

So guess what? The Wizards of Waverly Place Era is finally taking some hits tomorrow. In fact five of the next six eliminations are not from the two most recent eras.

So...

Somebody is losing their first song next. Your options:

Aly & AJ
Hilary Duff
Lindsay Lohan
Ashley Tisdale
Selena Gomez
Sabrina Carpenter

Which artist and which song by that artist?

There's probably one song from each of them that I wouldn't mind going apart from Lindsay so watch it be her.

Oh and let me get this out of the way now. I'm going to be watching the Halo World Championship all weekend and when that stream ends for the night I'll probably just want to play Dragon Age: Inquisition which I've been addicted to lately, so I'm willing to give a couple songs each to people who want to guest host on Saturday and Sunday. Let me know and I can send the info when we're closer to the weekend. If no one wants to do that, we'll just have a two day break between Friday and Monday's eliminations.
