If we're going to finally start eliminating
Guilty Pleasure tracks, it could've been worse..

Release: Lead single for Ashley's second album Guilty Pleasure, in March 2008.
Songwriters: Niclas Molinder (producer), Joacim Persson (producer), Johan Alkenäs (producer), David Jassy.
Lyrics: Ashley described the song the following way:
"is a strong, empowering song that kind of helps you move on" and continued to say,
"and with someone you really like, if they are cheating on you, you don't want to believe it. But, unfortunately, you either stay in the relationship and keep getting hurt because it keeps happening or you get up and you move on. You don't look back."
Fun Facts: Former 90210 star Adam Gregory stars in the music video as Ashley's cheating ex-boyfriend, whom Ashley gets revenge on by throwing a party at his house and trashing the place. Director of the music video (and also for "Crank It Up") Scott Speer was in an on-and-off relationship with Ashley between 2009-2012. Ashley was a huge fan of Kelly Clarkson and "Since U Been Gone" was her favorite song, "It's Alright, It's OK" was directly inspired by it.
Hazey's Focus: This one has never been among my favorites from an album that is absolutely loaded with them, so in that sense I think I end up underrating it half of the time. It's definitely more of a situation where I need to have it playing for me to feel the full force of it all. I've never actually been crazy about how the chorus starts out but "I WON'T RETURN, OUR BRIDGE HAS BURNED DOWN, I'M STRONGER NOW!" is a Category 5 hurricane with how much passion Ashley puts into the vocal.
@GhettoPrincess (5) wasn't huge fan of this during Ashley's discography rate so this must have been happening for a while:
"I used to love this one but it’s really grated on me. That chorus is rather flat. I do love the ad-libs though."
You know I can actually hear it, now that you mention it
@Blond (6), good thing I don't let those sort of things ruin songs for me:
"Cute cover of So What."
This sermon from
@iheartpoptarts (8) exactly why I won't let it ruin things for me:
"We all agree this is better than ‘So What’, right? Good."
I'm surprised someone like
@iheartpoptarts didn't pick up on this connection
@Sprockrooster (7) shared with us:
"I love this wordplay on the Whitney classic."
While
@livefrommelbs (7.5) goes in a completely different direction. Ashley, the omnipotent queen:
"The pop-rock version of 'Bad Boys' by Alexandra Burke, and that is a compliment."
It's tea served by
@Sally_Harper (7) but I'd argue it's near her best when we compare it to her first album:
"It’s good but nowhere near her best."
I really hope
@Remorque (7.5) was about to be scalped, but we'll have to wait and see:
"The most enjoyable of her songs so far for me... It has a nice melody and she gives us a nice little performance, though it's still not very strong. It's alright, OK, I guess."
@unnameable (9) knows why she's also known as Ashslay around here:
"love that Tiz attitude."
Now here's the real scripture, highlighted by
@Martyn (10):
"I love this song, really all of Guilty Pleasure is very good."
That's not all either,
@31entrance (10) serves the double batch of that good iced tea:
"Guilty Pleasure was that album for me not. a. single. bad. song on it, the pop rock sound worked so well for her and this song just proves it."
We'll end with
@WhenTheSunGoesDown (10) who sent a reactionary gif that I can't preview right now because I'm at work, but I'm sure it's good:
