Random Thoughts - PJXtra Edition!

- Should the Xtra Winners Rate run after 20 rounds, as opposed to the standard 25? Evidence for: since we only get 6 rounds a year as opposed to the standard 10/12 for the other contests, it actually takes us longer to get to 20 rounds than it does the others to get to 25!
- Should it then run in the same format as the last Retro Winners so we potentially end up with two winners?
- Who is best suited to run it? @Derek and @Ana Raquel are the only two with multi-winners and to have first choice, right?
