The wisdom of this! I swear to God when it's 3:42am and you wake up and your mouth is Saharanly dry, half a can of Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi quickly down the hatch feels like winning the war against thirst itself. The bubbles attacking my boca! Water mmmm gullet yas, but in this specific situation, diet carbonated artificially-sweetened refreshment is unchallenged.
I don't drink coffee after lunch any more and my sleep has improved so well. I know soda and all that shit is the devil but I do like to take a zero coke vanilla or cherry at home when I'm not feeling like coffee.
I remember drinking two cokes at the Rita Ora Girls Tour (plssss) and couldn't sleep for a while. Waiting till I could fall asleep, I was thinking did this concert leave such an impression on me? No boo - I was just caffeinated a tad.

While we’re on the subject of fizzy drinks we don’t talk enough about how Coca-Cola have got a monopoly on the market here in the UK. McDonald’s? Coke. Nando’s? Coke. Cinemas? Coke. Supermarkets? Aisle full of red with barely a trace of blue in sight.

The amount of shit people say just to fill in empty air is baffling. They confess secrets, gossip, etc. It's so valuable to just let others talk.
