I applied for my first British passport this past week. I discovered that I am eligible for one via descent (from my dad) after believing for years that the ship had sailed once I turned 18. I’m quite excited and hope it goes through the whole process before they go on strike next month.

Just a little excited update from me, my application was approved and my passport was dispatched this morning! I’m so excited! Now when my partner and I decide to move there full time we won’t have to do mess with visas or uk versions of green cards!
