I'm doing Something To Remember now, and I have yet to find a Madonna ballad I really like, I don't think her voice is strong enough to deliver raw ballads.

And yes RJF, that sounds like a good idea. It might help the page count go over your iconic rate of last year.

I find this just statement shocking! Ive been very vocal about my absolute love of Madonna ballads, and yes she may not be Mariah or Celine but I actually prefer her ballads to most of the Mariah/Celine/Whitney lot. Theres just something so amazing about them. I really miss Madonna ballads. I mean the only proper 'Madonna ballad' we've had in the last 10/15 years for me is Masterpiece which I obsess over.

If I'd been around on the forum then, I'd have deffiently taken part in the 80s rate. Not so much material to divulge through and certainly my Favourite Madonna period (though my favourite M album is Erotica). Good luck for the new rate @RJF!
