Watching Season 10 and getting to Bethenny constantly gaslighting Carole... Jesus, she is being so unbearable. Every detail Bethenny provides to the camera & other girls omits so much detail to make Carole look bad, then when the context is added you can see exactly what and why Carole reacts the way she does.

Carole was the only one who was able to go up against Bethenny so I feel once Carole started to distance herself, Bethenny made her enemy #1.

Season 10 is some of the most tense moments in RHONY history. So many things going on and you can see Bethenny’s cogs turning and trying to take Carole down. Also, I just never understood Bethenny saying she wish Carole acted her age. Like… she had a 50th birthday party on the show, she never acts like she’s 30.

Going through yet another rewatch (it often happens when I tell someone to try watching the series…) The one thing Bethenny never excelled at was having a good tagline. Not one of hers is memorable or funny. Sonja’s? Always. Ramona’s are even pretty good. Carole, Dorinda and had some great ones too.

Carole gives us nothing but a marathon and Hillary Clinton but suddenly is "the only one who can go toe to toe with Bethenny" after floundering through several messy lose-lose altercations? Like, yes, Bethenny's abandonment issues and sociopathic tendencies are are firing on all cylinders during season 10, but I can't help but feel like a little empathy would have changed the entire course of that situation, which Carole ultimately wasn't capable of because of her enormous hippocampus and fixation on missing the point.

I love us SKİNNYGIRLS.

I think Bethenny did too much in the end but holy fuck, Carole was so obnoxious during that season especially during the Cartagena trip.

I haven't hit Cartagena yet, so maybe my mind will change. But seeing Bethenny guilt trip Carole for saying "Wow that's a lot" to her messages over Christmas break but only telling the viewer that she simply messaged a photo saying I miss us, you've been cold; only for Carole to expose that it came with a whole tirade about Ramona that Bethenny conveniently leaves out. Coupled with Bethenny saying "this is weird, you're freaking me out" anytime Carole makes a valid point is making me very Team No Career right now.

Yeah, I can see how people may not like Carole but Bethenny's gaslighting legit made me so angry and frustrated. I've been through similar situations where boyfriends (exes now) have done similar things re: minimizing conversations / the reality of what happened.

The fact that she "allegedly" had access to the producers storyline group chat also just goes to show her ability to manipulate situations however she wants / to her benefit.

Season 10 really should have, legitimately, won an Emmy. It's comedy that is too insane to even write. I hated both Carole and Bethenny but Sonja living inside of a plastic sheet? Ramona making her storyline about supporting other women? Dorinda holding on for dear life to her last remnants of humanity? Tinsley's sad and pathetic life? And don't even get me started on Luann's incredible arc.

Tinsley sitting on a sinking boat pretending nothing is happening while Sonja hurls her piss soaked knickers at her...well, it harasses me in my nightmares. Stuff you couldn't make up, not even close. Fights and feuds over nutcrackers! You couldn't predict it would all be over three years later in a sad sigh of a season, housewives gold gone away, replaced by bad chemistry, zero storylines, new cast members trying too hard, old cast members not trying hard enough, lockdowns, and educational moments.
