RHONY: Legacy

What else would they have bonded over? It's all either of them ever talk about, decades later.

I love that these two are still friends. Their trip to London together where they bonded over being widows was the most touching moment in RHONY history and in this essay I will-

But to be honest that scene was truly one of the most emotional scenes throughout the whole series, seeing the women actually connect and have such sincere conversations... damn we were so spoiled with this cast.

Bethenny and Carole in S8 are low-key insufferable on my second watchthrough.

I'm just at the episode where at a dinner Bethenny makes Jules' eating disorder all about her and Carole chimes in to say that it makes her uncomfortable to watch Jules eat. What was the public reaction to this when it was all originally airing because, yikes...

We all thought that at the time. It wasn't a great season for Carole, who suddenly became a mean girl, and then Bethenny screaming at Luann felt a bit misplaced too. I liked Jules and I thought she was potentially a better fit for the group than Leah, Eboni, and Cindy. But things just collapsed for her and then Tinsley arrived and was perfect for the dynamic. There's always Legacy for Jules to pop back again.
