  1. Donna Summer has died at the age of 63 after a battle with cancer.

I am really upset, she was a true legend with an amazing back catalogue.

Coming so soon after Whitney it's really sad.

  2. Was just about to post this.

I think this sums everything up:

    :-(

  3. Such a shame. I hope her family are coping well, so tragic.

  4. Another talent gone, such a shame. I hate death :(. She had some great songs that will live on forever though!

This is terrible news. Donna was amazing, I loved her so much.

  6. I had no idea she was sick, so I'm a bit shocked. I was hoping for another "Crayons". I'm very saddened to hear this news.

  7. Such a loss, rest in peace. I still enjoy 'Crayons', its such a shame to lose her.

  8. Oh no! I didn't even know she was sick. True legend.

  13. The wall of videos on the frontpage made me happy for a minute, then sad again.

  14. I did not know she was ill either. What a stunning and beautiful woman she was.
    RIP

  15. It's nice that so many people call her the Queen of Disco on twitter. And she does epitomise that era. It's so sad she's gone now.

  16. I Feel Love is one of my all time favourite songs.

    Fucking cancer!

  18. I can't believe she's gone. I was actually hoping for a new album. R.I.P. Donna.

  19. I didn't even know she was ll, so the news is somewhat shocking.

I Feel Love is one of the most perfect and arguably important records ever made. That's quite a legacy to leave.

    R.I.P. Donna.

  20. Sorry to hear this news. Donna released some amazing songs in her day.
