Also I've checked out of season 13 completely but is season 2 of Drag Race UK worth pursuing? I'm an Americunty here.

It is honestly so good. The cast is STACKED with talent and are a joy to watch. There is so much effortless personality just oozing from the show. Ru is also the most engaged I have seen him in many seasons, he seems to be loving every second of it. The challenges are fun and camp and there's a healthy dose of Drama without it feels orchestrated. Also I've checked out of season 13 completely but is season 2 of Drag Race UK worth pursuing? If it causes you this much grief...why do you bother? There’s plenty of other content online that explores other facets of the drag experience, so to continue watching a show that doesn’t appear to bring you anything other than misery seems strange to me.
Okay but you’ve read the spoilers and you know what’s going to happen. Good memes stand on their own regardless of context, and besides, the pertinent parts of each episode are up on YouTube hours after the episode airs. You can watch the first few episodes to meet the queens and then do your own research instead of watching a manufactured reality show.Because i'm a part of the drag scene and knowing the general memes and whats-happenings on Drag Race is pretty necessary viewing, as unfortunate as it is. I hate not understanding what's going on in our scene, or all over "Drag Twitter" or whatever.
But also, the things I mentioned are only the bad things I find in Drag Race. The other reason I keep watching Drag Race that I didn't mention is, I like to be introduced to queens I would've otherwise never heard of.
Problem is, Drag Race casting this year is pretty poor so... Meh. And I think the queens shine a bit more in their own performances, at viewing parties where they can talk about the show, etc. But none of that is really happening right now so we really lost when it comes to getting to know these performers on our own.
you do you, I guess.
Mrs. Kasha Davis is on the latest The Bald and The Beautiful. It is, as expected, delightful
It’s straight up trash in comparison, but that’s American reality TV for the most part.It...scares me that there are people only watching US Drag Race while there are incredible seasons airing elsewhere that are just...better on every front airing elsewhere. Watching US in addition, sure, if you want. But solely? That’s sadism mawma.
This popping up in my recommendations:
"The season has been airing since December and only four queens have gone home. We're in March.'
