I flagged with universal last week that whilst they’d changed the metadata of the release to S Club 7, it wasn’t worldwide.

Bring It All Back will be available on streaming at midnight with So Right, Hello Friend, Extended Mix, K-Klass Club Mix and Karaoke Version.

Wow. I hope this goes up on Apple. This is great stuff. It's fantastic seeing their team actually putting in some hours this go around.

I know it’s unlikely but it’d be mind blowing to see So Right or Hello Friend on New Music Friday UK or even on Release Radars. These songs have never been available digitally so they could be seen as technically “new”.

It won’t. Not unless they change the release date to 2023. Release radar only pulls through stuff that has a brand new release date. You can have a go live date of 07/04/2023 but if the release date is set to the past then it’s not picked up as a new thing.

Hence when The Sats backcat came out they were all 2019 dates to begin with. Deliberately done to get on the release radar.

This is such a great move on their end. I would love for something truly unheard to come out of it, but even to have all the b-sides and remixes on streaming would be great.

When I introduced the other half to all things S Club (when we met he said “I like Steps but all S Club songs sound the same” !?!?!?!?!)

Anyway, he was blown away by how good their bsides were but to start with So Right on BIAB CD1? That truly were amazing

I think 19 have just shifted the S Club assets they own to a different entity within them. Or re named it

When Simon sold 19 he renamed S Club Ltd. to XIX Entertainment instead of setting up a new company. So S Club Ltd. didn't exist anymore. So he must've had to set up a new company for future S Club releases since he seems to separate them from XIX.

No he sold 19 around 2005 but only sold the TV productions so he doesn’t own Idol anymore.

S Club Ltd. was renamed XIX in 2010.
