Just got back from S Club and wow what an incredible night.
Getting to meet them was absolutely incredible. The were all so sweet. Bradley even remembered my name and said bye to me when I was leaving.
Jon noticed my Rachel t-shirt and said "Oh I know who' you're here to see" and when Rachel saw me she gave me a big hug.

The show was a tamed down version of the UK tour, no costume changes they only wore the black outfits. They did all the songs except for These Are The Days.
They also didn't have any LED screens, so instead of playing Goodtimes they actually performed it themselves (well Jon and Bradley on the vocals).

I would say probably 80% was mimed and obvious but it was obvious also when they sang live, and I thought they sounded really good.

On a complete high right now, having followed them for 25 years and finally experience this was out of this world.

Shocked at the no costume changes! Those silver outfits for the finale are so on point. I’m okay without these are the days, Good Times is an immaculate remembrance song for Paul.

Wish they had at least one screen! Though I get it. The smaller venues are probably a tight squeeze. Smaller venues are so intimate and special though. Blessed for that aspect of it.

Two in a Million (boyfriends and birthdays) is such a moment.

Had it on repeat all night. I remember this ballad really fulfilling my hunger for a good pop ballad in 1999 when the glorious spice ones had dried up.

This certainly delivered and still does.

It’s such a beautiful song! I love the ‘2000 version’ too which I think is just an extended version of that mix.

Two in a million is their best ballad for me. I know never had a dream and have you ever were number ones but there's something about two in a million that's just so timeless for me

Agree. I know 'Never Had A Dream Come True' has become somewhat of a Christmas tune, but I've always thought 'Two in a Million' had a much more Christmassy feel to it. I feel similarly with Spice Girls and 'Too Much', where '2 Become 1' is always the one that gets pushed at Christmas.

For over twenty years, I’ve been thinking about how funny it is that Hannah is so much more in the foreground than the other members…

It was a trend

I finally got around to watching this and it was great. She seemed a bit more relaxed and slightly less PR-scripted. I think having Nicky who was in a pop group around the same time really helped. It was heartbreaking to hear her talk in a bit more detail about finding out about Paul had passed. But really positive to hear her still talking about S Club as a comeback and that they're discussing plans for next year. Let's hope that more exciting materialises then!
