Misha danced around a bit, and so did the groups. The girl was just in the bottom two, and possibly lost a friend. Give her a break.
If Misha had danced too much, people would have accused her of not showing any remorse for Sophie leaving or possibly even "dancing aggressively".

This is true......I forgot they did it with the groups as well.

I suppose it wouldn't be in Janet's personality to be like that as well- also she probably has no idea what a club classic tune is!

It's the first time I watched the Xtra Factor this season so I was noticing who was seeming 'nice' and who was seeming 'a bit of a dick'.

Sophie's natural hair colour is beautiful, it's not a mousy brown or dull blonde. She looked a lot better dressed as herself too. She sounded beautiful from audition to judges houses, it's such a shame. There are loads of uptempo that could have suited her.

I'm getting so annoyed with how static the song choices are this season. Tulisa is the only mentor getting it right, acts need to evolve and go up levels.

HA @ Frankie's sincere apology on twitter: Seriously sorry again.. I'm sorry for being honest and being myself

I know, I was like, "Fuck off!" He's not sorry, he's only sorry that he said it on live tv and got told off for it. F*cking prick!! Bleugh!

Something interesting I saw on Twitter RE: Kelly not being there, the week last year when Cheryl was in LA (although returned for the live shows), Katie and TreyC were bottom two.

That's not exactly the same thing though. TreyC was basically a singing crash-test dummy they wanted to throw under the bus, and Katie was widely reviled for being a complete tosser. You could argue that Sophie was this year's TreyC, but Misha has blown the competition out of the water every single week, and with class.

Has she though? I don't know anyone who gives a rats ass about Misha. I think she comes across as having no personality and that's probably what's hurting her the most.

Dang, I missed the show again and I didn't mean to this time.

Amazing bottom 2, I knew Misha was going to be in their soon, was expecting it to be next week tough.

The problem with her is she is just not someone people at home could warm too and her vocals are just too grating.

Its not enough to be able to sing in tune or being able to perform, these are things you can work on.

But if your voice is not very nice to listen too, then there is not a damn thing you can do about it.
Anyone who thinks Misha was in the bottom 2 because of her voice is kidding themselves. It was down to last week's allegations and all the fallout from it.

Exactly, Tulisa got her sweet revenge in order to knock Misha down a peg or two. Misha is a strong girl and did not waver a bit in the sing off. She's in it to win it.

Sophie deserved to go. She got chosen over Amelia which was a big injustice and wasted her opportunity by singing the same old shit every week.

Totally agree with you.
Plus Amelia could have done E.T this week. Her performance at the Judges House was amazing. Little Mix were shit compared to that (and I loved their performance of E.T. So it shows how I love the version of Amelia).

What an effing joke.

Frankie goes through? Really..

Lost an amazing talent in Sophie tonight, just a shame she was up against Misha, and not Frankie otherwise she'd have stayed. What really gets on my nerves is Gary and his whole, "Sophie doesn't take risks.. Sophie does the same week after week" - CRAIG. CRAIG. FUCKING CRAAAAAIG! (And even Frankie at some level. I'm 99.9% his VT next week will be him going "out again" and with even more ridiculous face, and facial hair - or in his face - pubes on the face).

So who's the guest performer for next week? JLS and...?

Series 8, Episode 21
Dermot O'Leary reveals how the public have voted. The two acts with the fewest votes must take part in a sing-off before the judges decide who will be going home. Plus there is a look at all the backstage drama from the previous show and there are live performances from Florence and the Machine and JLS. SUB

duckface

Shit result.

And Alexandra was fucking grating. She was practically in costume as Kelly, imitating her with all the "ooh girl"s etc. Awful.

Hitori

I didn't expect Sophie to go this early. She was the dark horse for me at the beginning of the live shows but they constantly give her slow songs to sing that she turned into a dull horse. She's better in the uptempo group performances.

Misha B in the bottom two was shocking but I don't really connect or care for her. She'll do well anyway whatever place she'll finish with in the show.

The thought that Frankie is still there is worrying.

And well, this is funny.

Ahahahaha. Dancing aggressively. Love it.

Oh, and I just can't take that 'tubby one' comment seriously. Gary Barlow isn't a very nice person, but he IS the voice and the songs of Take That. We're not talking about Kimberley Walsh here.

What did he say on live tv?

Was a massive shock for me last night. Misha B did not deserve the bottom two, just shows how all that bullying stuff has affected her. Such a massive talent, its such a shame.

Cant believe Frankie beat them in votes. What an utter mess the voting public are if they think he is somehow better.

I don't really think the bullying accusation is the main reason she was there, to be honest. If it was, she'd have been there last week, really. I think you have to look at what's happening with the other contestants really. Both Frankie and Kitty fans will be assuming they're in danger, and voted more than normally. The Risk fans will have been worried due to the change in members, and Little Mix due to the name change. Look at Danyl Johnson or Rachel Adedeji. Both went from being in the bottom two to topping the vote the very next week. Same how Katie came second at one point.

Misha doesn't have any of this panic behind her (until now), so there wasn't that incentive to vote. She had the big hurdle of the allegations, and survived, so people thought she'd be ok. If anything, people who supported her had more reason to vote last week than this week. If those four acts are getting that panic vote (especially if voting is down in line with viewers), it'd be easy for her to slip behind them. Like what happened with Aidan or Laura White. Being a favourite makes everyone assume you'll coast through, and yet every year that's proven not to be true.
