Huh, that was an odd ending, it felt like there was a scene missing to really set it up for a new series. Weird. I'll probably watch the second series when it comes, but I'm expecting it to be disappointing.

I hate it when tv shows don't tie anything up. It's fine to leave it open for another series, but this feels like they deliberately split it in two, when the story could probably have been tied up in one.
I've only watched the first episode so I feel a bit clueless. The vomit scene was amazing. I'm not a massive fan of gore and while this has a more comical tone to the gore, there was a lot of blood at the end of episode one and that kind of put me off going straight to episode 2. I will. But I need build myself up for it.
The series had a weird tone and I think could have been directed down a better path. The lighting also made the thing feel a little cheap. I'm hoping that the show gets tightened up if it gets a second season.
On a positive note, Drew Barrymore did a good job with what she had to work with.
Also Timothy Olyphant can do whatever he wants to me. He's still so handsome.

I wanted to like it but it's awful. I couldn't get past the first couple of episodes.
The first couple of episodes are AWFUL. Groaningly unfunny, meandering and not nearly as subversive or shocking as they think they are. But stick with it and it has a certain amount of charm. Nothing amazing mind you but a cute little diversion.
I'm on episode 4 and loving it so far. Excited to read everyone saying it gets even better now (well, except for the final episode).
So, yes, as everyone else has said the first episode is not an indication of the what's to come. I'm on episode six now and loving it
It's not that the finale is bad, but it feels weirdly weightless and unfocused. It could have just been another episode.
I actually wonder if they have another few episodes shot and ready to go with Netflix holding them back as 'season 2'

I'm excited for this to return. I felt like the first season finished just as it found its rhythm. I know I had some major complaints about the last season, but it's now been so long, I can't recall what they are.
I couldn’t even finish the first episode. I watched it for Drew but I soon realised she’s not a very good actress (!)

I found that to begin with but her character grew on me enormously as the series went on, I’m excited for the new episodes!
