The Australian/Swedish twins Elektra and Miranda (daughters of Steve Kilbey of The Church) have changed their name from Saint Lou Lou to Say Lou Lou. Their album is still in the making but they've recorded an acoustic version of upcoming single "Julian":

They will also support Hurts on their "Exile" tour.

Oh, and while we're here, why not have another listen to their two already released songs?

    "Maybe You":
  2. Shame about the name change. Say Lou Lou doesn't seem to match their imagery. Oh, well.
  3. Very bad and unnecessary name change.
  4. Say Lou Lou sounds crap, boo... *looks at and cries*. Oh well, I am still looking forward to new music.
  5. I'm sure the change wasn't by choice... perhaps they had a cease and desist.
  6. Well in any case, 'Maybe You' is still incredible!
  7. I wish they changed their name to something that fits them better. Oh well, I’m still excited to see them next week.
  8. Shame about the name... But "Julian" is beautiful!

They're still amazing and I'm excited about their upcoming music. Having said that, the new name is just a bit lame.
  10. Saw them support Hurts last week in London and they were truly stunning. Can't wait for the new single and album later in the year...
  11. Julian sounded fantastic live. They said that it’ll be released in April.
  12. Loving the new single. Wish I got HURTS tickets now.

Oh I really like this, reminds me a bit of Niki & the Dove's "Taylor".
  14. Lush. The vocals kind of remind me of Mazzy Stars' Fade Into You. Seriously, how brilliant are they? This and Maybe You are the definition of perfection.
  15. WOW, their vocals are so lush and that melody...can they get anymore dreamy? Their debut is probably my most anticipated album of the year.

  17. The Julian digital bundle is a 6 tracker, with the 7" b-side and 4 remixes! Samples here. The sleeve is... very 70s, icy Brit-bitch Biba model. Love it! Out May 5th.

  18. They are perfect.
