I never play into the family theories. If he had a sister, surely she'd recognize her. Surely she didn't have a lobotomy and forget people's faces. But, who knows.
This was the rumor for the original script, the killers would be Leslie Macher and Christina Carpenter. I just assumed they'd change it considering its been out there for so long but maybe they'll still incorporate it.

Sounds beyond ridiculous. Wasn't Kyle Gallner's character meant to be Leslie's son in 5? Anna is in no way old enough to play her. So Stu randomly has another sister who was never mentioned before?
Apparently that actor has had the most filming time too, along with Neve, so it’s looking like it could be a possibility.

Also, Sid still recognised Mrs Loomis even after all the work she seemingly had done, how on Earth will they explain her not knowing her own neighbour is Stu's sister? The well is truly dry and rotted to the core here.
