Shakira - Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran

I don’t know all the details re her tax issue but from what I’ve read, she’s going to court because she’s refusing the settle as she believes she’s innocent?

Apparently the Spanish government tried to make her pay a (very large) fine to make it go away but she doesn’t want to be exploited?

If anyone can shed some light…

Obsessed with the camp Taken 2 level of editing on the video and you'd better believe she hit all those camera angles!

The tax thing seriously darkens my opinion of her as a person, but... I love seeing her successful as an artist I can't help it.

Massively rich people obviously don't do their own taxes and yes, like any corporation, use every strategy they possibly can to minimize what they pay. At the limit, court cases are the place/mechanism to sift through what has been and see if there is any wrong-doing in the eyes of the law. Innocent until proven guilty... and even if judged guilty, it doesn't necessarily mean someone was intentionally wrongdoing, acting in bad faith, etc.

Also the Panama Papers thing and her hiding her money. And when a wild boar took her handbag and she complained that no one intervened.

She’s got some great bops but she’s very tone deaf.

As far as I know, she did pay when she was asked to, but then she appealed the sentence or something?

I don't think she will keep this out from her next album

Bizarrap sessions are Bizarrap releases. None of them make it into the featured artists' albums.

Yes but if one breaks the tradition could be this. None of his past girlie feats were as big as Shaki, no?
