Shakira - Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran

A Shakira song in Spanish with a title that sounds like something only a megastan would stream and that even I, a relatively big fan in the UK, would probably have skipped over had I not been reading this thread for context... yeah this was not destined to do well in the UK.

You sound ignorant talking about the name of the song. It's not the reason at all, watch this growing in the UK too.

AHHHHH the part of my heart I've given to Colombia is feeling a great feeling. KAROL's concert in Medellín was phenomenal.

Probably my favorite thing about being someone who would be on this forum is those few times a year I get a song that makes me agitated if I play any other song. This just so happens to be the most esoterically named song that has done that to me.

Brazil pls. (I'm sure it just came out late there, or maybe the Spanish/Portuguese divide runs deeper than I thought!)

Songs in Spanish rarely make a dent on their charts. I dont know about today, but yesterday there were 0 Spanish songs in their Top 200, so even debuting to begin with is huge

This is so good, and I do so love seeing her win like this.

I’m so curious to see how the business of this will all play out over the next few weeks. Will it find stability and warrant being sent to radio? Will it get some kind of parenthetical tag so that the name is more searchable? Maybe these are really naive (or American or millennial) questions but it’s such a curious smash!

To be fair, the name isnt gonna stop the song from smashing if its meant to, its not as hard as it was back in the day to figure out a song's name. Shazaming or just googling the lyrics would tell you the name of the song already.

The obsession with the song's name is getting tired, teebs! One of Bizarrap latest singles is close to 1 billion plays on Spotify, it's obvious the weird titles aren't stopping anyone from finding these songs. He won't change his gimmick because y'all want prettier tags for your last.fm's/iTunes ddd.

I kinda like how you can come up with your own title but it's a pain in the ass using voice commands to play this song. Google doesn't understand me when I say it by its proper name.

I'm in camp "Persona Buena" myself.

Most people around me have a friend who has a friend that has slept with Piqué in the last 10 years but well. You go girl.

The previous Bizarrap song, BZRP Music Sessions #52, was the song of summer 2002 in most Latin countries, in Spain it did over 2 million streams everyday for 2-3 months and no one cared about the title. That's the thing with Bizarrap songs, they never have a proper title. Get over it people, it's not that hard.
