Anytime that coochie calls, I'll be on my way

HmmT none of these pre-release singles are doing it for me. It's kind of weird to be rooting for her from her earlier stuff and then just her.. not really delivering in the way I wanted to or thought she would? The charisma-free live set I saw was a red flag but I'm kind of gutted I just don't connect with any of this stuff.

I think I like each track we've got from the album so far but I'm struggling to get excited about any of them. The material just doesn't seem to go nearly as hard as it usually does with her, especially with the lack of low end in the mix. It could also be that Cleo got my hopes up too high for something different, and this is neither that, nor her more typical fare.

I don’t know what to make of this album. Everything after Cleo unfortunately has not been measuring up or dare I say, interesting to replay.

Come For Me, Nymph, and now Coochie are so disappointingly one note and really surprising how uninspired the production is.

I’m crossing my fingers that this hopefully is just an example of picking the wrong singles for the better tracks we haven’t heard yet.

Hmmm, I think everything is pretty representative of the album. I'd actually go as far to say the songs she's released might be the most accessible. She said in some interview that the album was a shift from the aggressive club sounds she had previously been doing.

Anyway, "Heaven" sounds great!

Yeah, we’ve got an album’s worth of club bangers between the two EPs and the one offs. I’ve personally been feeling the mellow nature fantasy she’s serving. And judging by “Thicc” she’s probably already itching to go back to the dance floor for whatever she drops after Nymph.

I think I said it before, but I think it’s really bold that she’s decided to experiment like this so early on, and it just makes me more excited for what she’ll do next. Reminds me a lot of how Kelis literally just makes music for herself, and you get the vibe or you don’t, but you can always look forward to her not repeating herself.
