Shygirl - "Heaven (feat. Tinashe)" + Nymph_o

She may or may not have hinted at a collab with an artist she's a massive fan of. No specifics, but she doesn't openly talk about a lot of people she's inspired by.
Imagine Björk specifically playing that song while the journalist was in her car to give us some Taylor Swift kind of hidden message.

I am fine with where Björk is right now but her suddenly popping up on a song by someone hot and current like Shygirl would be quite welcome.

Also give me Thicc now please.

My copy of Nymph from her website has been dispatched already. Doubt it’ll arrive before next Friday but that would be nice!

I’m confused as how she will make the album cohesive with two such distinct sounds? Coochie and Firefly versus Nike and Shlut is slightly jarring, though all of them are bangers.

I don’t really acknowledge Come For Me.

Did I really wake up when Apple Music sent me a new music alert at 4:45 AM just to put this bop on repeat and go back to sleep?

I can see how it might come off that way, but looking at the tracklist, you can see that all the mid tempo moments sit in the center of the album, and based on the snippets she’s teased and the songs we have, the upbeat numbers are on either side of that. Everything seems to fit within the same world, so interested to hear it all together.

I’m not worried about the cohesion of the project at all. Even the songs we have, while varied, hang together well. I’ve said it before, but the production on these tracks seem to be building their own self contained world, and I’m insanely excited excited to step into the full thing once the album drops. It seems like it’s going to be an album you can really immerse and lose yourself in.

I've saved myself some listens to everything since 'Come For Me', so I'm also going into listening to the full album expecting to be blown away.

I just have a feeling, and we don't have long left!
