50 dollars seems... brave.
I'm sorry, what? Absolutely not. Wishing her the best.Tickets are $52. She better show up on time... Though July 8th has always been a cursed day to have a birthday, so I wouldn't be shocked if it goes off the rails at any point!
That's criminal, to be honest. It's 2023 and back of the arena tickets for most US concerts are $200 - it's fine.

I bought them as a birthday gift to myself (the masochism) but also... I've never seen her live and this might be the only chance I get. Still have a few months where it can get cancelled.I'm sorry, what? Absolutely not. Wishing her the best.
Yes, right, agreed, but we’re going.I was gonna say, I've already spent too much on $200 nosebleed arena tickets to shell out $52 for a concert I already saw in 2013... that may not even happen.

I just... no. There's a reason I see so few artists I love perform. Shit is too expensive.Granted my friends were the ones who bought the tickets, but we have average seats for Lizzo and they were $230.

I went there once to see Xtina, and it was worth it all just to hear Nicole Scherzinger (Pussycat Dolls opened) scream “WHAT’S UP HAAAAARTFOOOOORD!” like it was someplace to be!And it's in... Hartford, Connecticut. It's more than I paid for Dua (at Madison Square Garden!) a year ago. A mess. The bigger mess is 3 out of the 4 friends I'm going with can probably sing, 2-3 Lizzo songs tops.
That said, I adore Sky but wouldn't pay much to see her live just based on her... track record ddd.
Paying $52 to see Sky Ferreira amble around the stage for 40 minutes though...
Well thanks for buying the tickets, dad. Because I’m maxed out thanks to Blackpink & Jonas Brothers… again.Yes, right, agreed, but we’re going.
Sky Ferreira. Act like you don’t already follow her on Twitter – as if you haven’t
Googled her, or checked her out on Wikipedia. Now check again. Before you can hit refresh, there might be another paragraph. She's co-written and recorded
with half the Billboard chart, survived in Hollywood and on the Lower East Side,
seen the world from thirty-five thousand feet, been shot by every photographer
you can name off the top of your head.
Now get one thing straight: Sky was singing first. Just click on her piano-and vocal only cover of Miike Snow’s 'Animal' on YouTube for your evidence that her
other skills might pay the bills, but music is her life and her voice is bona fide. Her
2011 debut EP As If! hinted at her soulful range and stylistic versatility. But if you
think it prepared you for the step Sky’s about to take on her first long-player, think again. She’s hard at work with a hand-picked team of collaborators. And this time she’s in charge, making the record she wanted to make all along.
