This is excellent! On first listen the bridge is a little messy and the transition into the third verse doesn’t quite work, but everything else slaps. The chorus is huge, particularly when the background vocals are added to the second one onwards. All the crunchy, layered guitars and the spiky percussion-like synths.. heaven! And the lyrics (if sometimes hard to make out) cut deep. That final “I know I'll never get my way”.. chills!

Oh this is great, this sound suits her perfectly, like, if Hatchie was a bit darker vibes...
"Sense it in the dark, I'll let you wear me like a scar, I'll run through everything that you are" is such an incredible lyric and the way she delivers it is so delicious. You can sense the rage dripping from her lips. It's so darkly thrilling. She's never sounded this confident on record I think.
