@berserkboi -- In general the tea on The Saturdays is that more pop fans love their first two eras more than their later material -- even those who say they HATE The Sats with a passion would admit they liked their first two albums if you hooked them up to a lie detector test. Us stans love everything of course -- especially the On Your Radar era which came later (home to "All Fired Up" and fan favorites "Notorious" and "Get Ready, Get Set") You might get a better overall pleasant review with "Up" because of what I just outlined.

First of all did you forget that I suggested All Fired Up and Higher as signature songs?

How did I not suggest Up especially given that thier Greatest Hits: Finest Selection homaged Up by using a line from the single.
There is your proof.

Thirdly how is What About Us? not divisive? It's far from thier best.
I am also a stan.

If we're truly being objective, wouldn't Complicated be Avril's signature song?

I don't care for the Saturdays, but if you're doing two songs for either Girls Aloud or the Sugababes, I'd go with the Babes... They, like the Supremes, had several different lineups. If you chose Push the Button and About You Now, that covers 2.0 and 3.0. (If just one, then Push the Button obviously.)

Surely In The Middle and Get Sexy should be chosen?

As much as I find The Saturdays pleasant to listen to - I just don't think they have enough of a legacy behind them to warrant a second entry. In the 00s list - I feel Girls Aloud and Sugababes earn it the most if anything. I may only allocate it to one and give an extra one to Diana Ross as her three listed before are near impossible to decide between. #soon!

If only 2 groups from each decade are getting an extra song then obvs it needs to be Girls Aloud and Sugababes. The Sats are a very distant third.

And sorry to be a giant pedant but Diana Ross is not getting any extra songs, The Supremes are!
