Yeah this is the best song so far, should have just led with this.
a Beautifully crafted, wistful summery track. The melody is warm and soothing to the ear and I'm loving that cheerful chorus.Stuck at work at the moment, but I do like what I've heard so far. I'll have a proper listen tonight and report back.
I think it'sAdjust your image, baby
Warm fond skin
This is so good. Lovely, melodic, feel-good with a slight wistfulness. Some people clearly only want synthpop from her and that's fine. But weak these singles are not. This is shaping up to the best album of the trilogy by a distance.
I've really enjoyed her last two albums. I don't even remotely expect her to do synthpop all the time. I simply don't think these songs are particularly strong or interesting. They're like what we've had from the last couple of albums, only less. It has absolutely nothing to do with them not being synthpop. Ok?This is so good. Why are you being so shady as if I quoted you specifically dd. I didn't? Also you're the one telling people their "sounds great in the sun!" verdict is desperate/bullshit.I've really enjoyed her last two albums. Indie Sophie is just as fun as synth/pop Sophie
