She indeed did. I guess since the Chicago date was the first stop on the tour she premiered it there.Oh she performed Ready For Your Love on a recent date.
You mention it not being sold out...did it still look full, though? I am seeing her tomorrow in LA and I believe it isn't sold out either. I just hope the shows are selling enough for her to continue coming back here. She indeed did. I guess since the Chicago date was the first stop on the tour she premiered it there.
Speaking of the Chicago concert, I was actually able to attend. It's crazy to think after decades, I was able to finally see her in concert. She completely exceeded every expectation that I had. I do think I could've done without some of the collaborations and covers including Ready For Your Love, Hypnotised, Crying at the Discoteque, and Can't Fight This Feeling. I am happy she brought out Catch You and that Mixed Up World was one of the wheel songs! Breaking The Circle was the other wheel song. I have never been a big fan of it but hearing it live really changed that. When she was naming off the wheel songs, Me And My Imagination, Today The Sun's On Us, and Dancing Queen had the best responses. My partner and I were hoping and praying for it to land on Today The Sun's On Us since it is "our" song but it didn't happen. However, Young Blood was a great intimate moment. On a side note, I will say I was a little shocked it wasn't sold out. I thought with it being Chicago it would've been.
Looking back it all kind of seems like a fever dream. I drove 6 hours the day of the concert and then drove another six back right after the concert. It was definitely worth the 12 hour trip. Here's hoping she makes her way eventually to you @kaushik !
I was front row balcony and there were quite a bit empty up there. It was really spotty up there and multiple empty front row seats. The pit was full but it looked kind of sparse. You mention it not being sold out...did it still look full, though? I am seeing her tomorrow in LA and I believe it isn't sold out either. That's sad, considering she had multiple sold out shows the last time. Nonetheless, it is really nice that she has fans coming to see her.I was front row balcony and there were quite a bit empty up there. It was really spotty up there and multiple empty front row seats. I thought Chicago would've turned out for her especially considering the prices. I thought they were pretty affordable considering how expensive tour tickets have been lately. If I had to guess, I feel like it was about 70ish% full and that's being generous...
Yeah I’m going to the show in Fort Lauderdale and the place looks nearly empty. Hopefully the gays will fill it up between now and November. That's sad, considering she had multiple sold out shows the last time. Nonetheless, it is really nice that she has fans coming to see her.
Forever jealous you all got Today The Sun's On Us. I'm glad you had a great time!Last nights show in LA was FANTASTIC! She had so many deafening rounds of applause, so I think she truly felt the love.
The wheel songs were Dancing Queen and Breaking The Circle. BUT, we got an extra song during the encore, which was Today The Suns On Us!
I thought for sure originally this 2nd part of the US tour would be her kicking off the new era. But I hope the tickets sold well for her to continue coming out here! LA wasn't sold out, but it had to have been very close to it, though!I feel like she’s open to touring the new album in the States once that era kicks off, which seems like an exciting new chapter in her career.
